Experience

Prior to joining Infinity, Mr. Semler worked in the commercial and residential fields of construction and design since 1987. His experience includes duties as a designer on high-end residential and commercial projects ranging in size from $200,000 to $6 million. During that time Mr. Semler was responsible for design development, estimating and project management of the projects. From 1994 until joining Infinity in February 1998, Mr. Semler worked as a Project Manager/Estimator for Maplewood Construction in Cleveland, Ohio and was responsible for developing client relations in the industrial, commercial and institutional markets. His duties included estimating, field supervision, purchasing, sales and project management of projects in various markets for clients such as Fairview/Lutheran Medical, Catholic Diocese of Cleveland, LTV Steel, Parma Community General Hospital and numerous public entities.
