INFINITY SELECTED AS CM FOR WARRENSVILLE HEIGHTS YMCA RECREATIONAL FACILITY
In April of 2010, Infinity was selected as the Construction Manager for the Warrensville Heights YMCA Recreational Facility. The planned $8.0 million, 40,000sf building is a partnership between the City of Warrensville Heights and the Greater Cleveland YMCA. Slated for a January 2012 opening, the facility is the hub of the City's Town Center complex situated on Northfield Road. The 16 acre site will also be the home of the new 25,000sf Warrensville Heights Public Library, as well as future City developments. The 2-story YMCA Recreational Center will house a competition/recreational hybrid pool, locker rooms, gymnasium, wellness/fitness area, multipurpose rooms, teen and child areas, and outside play areas. Town Center will be the gateway to Warrensville Heights from the north with the YMCA's illuminated glass facade being the beacon to the City's renaissance.

Since its founding in 1922, St. Christopher’s Church in Rocky River has grown considerably from a little church on the hill to an iconic Romanesque structure complete with towering bell tower that its parishioners have come to know and love. It was 1954 when the cornerstone was laid for the massive sandstone structure that stands today. And, for the better part of the last half century, the interior of the church has remained pretty much the same as the day it was dedicated, save for some minor refreshing and changes to the sanctuary as mandated by ecumenical law. Lake Erie Crushers, City of Avon step up to the plate with new Frontier League ballpark

On June 2, the Lake Erie Crushers jogged through the gates of their new ballpark in Avon to a welcoming crowd on opening day. An expansion team in the Frontier League, an independent, Midwest-based baseball league with a level of play comparable to Class A Minor League ball, the Crushers are bringing professional baseball to Lorain County for the first time. In return, the team gains access to a newly built, $12 million baseball park with “all the amenities of a professional ballpark, just on a smaller scale,” according to Ron Landig, president of RWL Architects, Inc., which designed the field with assistance from OSports, a division of Osborn Engineering that specializes in sports facility planning.Continued...
