Description |
Two-story 27,350 SF structural steel and load bearing masonry building with auger pile foundation system. The building exterior is brick masonry with precast accents complemented by a 62 foot masonry tower and colonnade walkway. The facility includes classrooms, full service kitchen and café area, bookstore, state-of- the-art video learning centers, and two-story student gathering area. The gathering area is accented by its exposed laminated wood truss roof system, masonry veneer, precast, and 10 foot diameter stained glass window. |
