Description |
The project consisted of construction of a new 137-bed 69,500 SF skilled nursing facility. The two-story complex is a steel frame and wood truss roof design with face brick and vinyl siding on structural stud and sheathing as its exterior wall system. Site conditions required an auger cast pile, grade beam and structural slab foundation system. In addition to resident suites, the facility includes full service dining and kitchen, as well as medical services. |
