KeyBank purchased two Donato's Pizza buildings and converted them into new 3,000+ SF KeyBank branches.  Each location had all drywall, interior walls, and concrete floors removed before the renovation.  Each location also added a small addition to the building for offices and ATM drive-thru for deposits and withdrawals.

Description:

 

Renovation of 80,000 SF of office space in 3 months.  This project encompassed all aspects of renovation, one area was carpet and paint only, other areas were complete gut and rebuild and a third area had exterior walls removed and replaced with aluminum window systems.  Since the owner was a paint and coatings manufacturer the majority of the finishes were products which were still in R&D or colors which were not available to the public so Infinity had to work closely with the owner on applications and finish techniques.

Alcoa Building 53 Renovation, Cleveland, OH       back to top
  

Description:

 

A 56,500 SF interior and exterior conversion of ALCOA’s 5-story Building 53 from industrial use to its Corporate Headquarters for the Forged Wheel Products Division.  The project was lump sum bid, then Infinity was hired to facilitate start of construction while a $500,000 value engineering and re-design took place.  Work included a new 5-story glass atrium structure, all new exterior windows, new elevators, the complete fit-out of 3 floors of office space, and a 3,300 SF lobby on the 1st floor.  All 3 floors utilized a raised computer system with integral under floor air distribution system.  The project was completed in just 7 months.
