Renovation of the church building including reconfiguring the Sanctuary and relocating the east entrance. The entrance addition was constructed using the same stone as the original building. Infinity operated as the Construction Manager and was responsible for constructability, phasing, scheduling and cost budgeting and control. The church VCT floor was replaced with ceramic tile and all pews were removed off site had the finish stripped and refinished
and installed. New accent lighting was installed at the ceiling of the church over 55' in the air. All existing marble was removed and replace with custom wood to match the existing paneling. A new Ambo (lectern) was installed which was constructed so that it would move up and down hydraulically. This along with the other renovations made the entire Church and Sanctuary handicap accessible. The project was completed in 2 months as scheduled and came in $40,000 under budget. |
