General Contracting

INFINITY contracts as a General Contractor on both public and private projects. From lump sum public bidding to invitation only private bidding to negotiated lump sum and cost plus projects Infinity has provided General Contractor services for clients managing all aspects of the construction process.

In addition to its overall management capabilities, Infinity has the ability to self perform portions of the work. Infinity is a union contractor signatory to the Ohio & Vicinity Regional Council of Carpenters. This enables Infinity to self perform several portions of the actual "bricks and mortar" work on any project. Those trades have included: metal studs and drywall, acoustical ceilings, wood framing, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, and millwork installation. Not only does this keep overall projects costs down by saving subcontractor mark-ups, but on interior renovation and tenant build-out projects it increases Infinity's ability to control and manage the project. In addition, having craftsman at its disposal gives Infinity an effective menas of controlling and completing the punch list process in a timely manner for project turnover.
