Infinity served as general contractor for two new ground-up retail buildings in South Euclid. Building B is 93,000 square feet, housing HomeGoods, Burlington Coat Factory, TJ Maxx, Payless Shoe Store and Famous Footwear. Building F is 6,800 square feet, housing Moe’s Restaurant, ATT store and UBreakFix stores.
The project completed these projects for a repeat client on a LEED® certified site, which required high SWPP controls to protect the performance of existing permeable pavers. Early coordination of underground utilities with the tenants enabled us to deliver completed floor slabs. The Burlington building required very high flat floor tolerances to deliver a consistently high quality polished concrete floor.
We completed all the work in 9 months. With a very smooth project we returned $83,000 in unspent contingency to the Owner. Our success led the Owner to help us win a direct award for a new Grocery Store which began May 2017.
