Infinity is serving as Construction Manager on this project. St. Matthew’s Church suffered a fire that destroyed its temple and damaged its great hall. After demolition of the temple, Phase I renovates the 5,187-sf great hall. The building includes brick veneer on the front and vinyl siding on the siding on the sides an back of the building. Scope includes a new covered main entry vestibule, a congregational meeting area, new restrooms, classrooms, and a full-service commercial quality serving kitchen.
Phase II is to replace the temple of about 4,000-sf subject to fundraising.
Infinity worked with the initial architect who was replaced by a second architect who completed the design and engineering documents for this project. We provided almost a year of preconstruction services working closely with the owner and Architect to achieve a guaranteed maximum price that met the owner’s budget. Fast-tracked renovation will deliver the project in four months.
