Infinity is serving as Design Builder for two building renovations. The two-story, 26,900-sf Fordyce Administration building renovation includes first floor mailroom, offices, conference area, boardroom, reception area, restrooms. Second floor offices, conference room, vault, and restrooms. Also, a new exterior curtain wall. The two-story, 47,000-sf Memorial Park School renovation is a former elementary school which will be adapted to become a student services building. It will house mental health, security, social worker, counselling, suspension and detection, a food and clothing pantry, teaching kitchen with restrooms and offices, dining, and Thrive Academy on the first floor. The second floor will provide education for students with children, and community rooms, adult diploma, counselors, career-based intervention, testing classrooms, virtual classrooms, and restrooms. All new roof and new rooftop HVAC.
This is an exceptionally fast-tracked project for which we are providing two separate GMPs. Infinity is self-performing rough and finish carpentry. We have completed four previous projects with this client.
