Infinity served as Construction Manager At-Risk for renovation of second floor offices at the 6150 Oak Tree Boulevard building in Independence. This 22,629-sf identity management firm build-out scope included demolition followed by new open plan workstations, private offices, conference and huddle rooms, a board room, a server room, cafe, and reception area.
Infinity provided about six months of preconstruction services to provide cost estimating and value engineering before executing a guaranteed maximum price that met the Client’s budget. This effort reduced the inital budget cost by more than 25%. The project completed on time in approximately 3 months. It achieved 35% diverse subcontracting participation.
