Infinity is serving as Construction Manager At-Risk for this for this two-floor renovation and relocation on the partial 25th and entire 26th floors of the Huntington Center in Columbus. The 25th floor is the reception and conference center, including a café and guest lunch room. The 25th floor includes 28 perimeter offices, 13 internal offices, a wellness center, café, lounge, the server room, additional meeting rooms, and a new internal stair.
Infinity has completed projects five projects for Hahn Loeser since 2004. We have been working on this project in preconstruction since January 2022. With approval of the guaranteed maximum price, we have just been released to begin construction which will complete on a fast-track basis in approximately 4-months.
