Infinity is serving as Construction Manager At-Risk for this new 27,500-sf new fire station at 9453 Broadview Road will be built directly south of existing fire station. It will have six double depth apparatus bays, and 1 equipment bay, a Training/Hose Tower and Mezzanine, 10 bunk rooms; equipment storage and related spaces; administrative Offices for Department and related Fire Support Services; Fire Fighter / EMS support rooms and spaces including a storm shelter; and a training / community room.
Infinity is working with City officials and the architect in pre-construction providing estimating, value engineering and constructability services to arrive at a total project cost that meets the Owner’s budget in time for a May 2022 ballot issue that would provide about 80% of the total funds to replace this station.
