The Owner authorized Infinity to perform preconstruction services on this general project to prepare early bid packages for earthwork/site utilities concrete/rebar, precast, masonry/rebar, steel, and underground plumbing. The project completed under a Project Labor Agreement (PLA). The project site is an old dump and wetlands area. Due to a high-water table the project required constant de-watering during construction of the foundations. The very tight site also required close daily coordination with the owner who continued to operate its safety officer obstacle training course that ran through the construction site for the duration.
