Infinity served as Construction Manager At-Risk for this Complete renovation of the pool area of the country club at 3300 Courtland Boulevard, Shaker Heights. Demolition of existing pool, including haul away of spoils. New entry kiosk, new pergola, new open air pavilion, new Gunite skimmer swimming pool with accessibility life and offset pool areas, 500-sf pool equipment room building, new casual dining area, new extensive concrete retaining walls and landscaping and hard-scaping.
Managed complex construction on a site with very limited access. Unknown underground conditions. Building was occupied but the pool area was vacated. Working though the winter with an aggressive spring completion requirement.
