Infinity served as Construction Manager at Risk for this 9,050-sf regional office located a 2 Easton Oval in Columbus, Ohio. The scope includes demolition followed by open plan and perimeter private offices, a large training room, several conference rooms with integrated AV systems, server room, copy and storage rooms. The project also included installation of an electronic sound masking system.
Infinity has a long relationship with StructureTone an owner’s representative and development firm and this is the latest project in that portfolio of work. This project remained occupied during construction. We completed core drilling into the first floor after hours for necessary electrical and plumbing penetrations. Project achieved 17.2% diverse subcontracting participation.
