Infinity served as Construction Manager At Risk for this 31,500-sf project in Rocky River, Ohio. It involves minor demolition on floors 1-2, nearly gut demolition on 3rd and 4th floor. New construction includes reception area, offices, board room, conference rooms, café, wellness center, server room, restrooms and an outdoor patio. mail room, café, conference room, offices, board room, server room, mail room, outdoor patio, and restrooms. Unique features include a one of a kind solid Corian reception desk, pre-fabricated glass wall office fronts, spiral steel staircase with wood treads and cable railing between floors 3 and 4, steel wall cladding on forms and surfaces, Brazilian hardwood for new outdoor patio.
This project had an extremely tight schedule and required phased occupancy taking place during the holiday season. Coordinated owner’s vendors as part of our construction process such as: new office and systems furniture installations, furniture & file move, Owners AV & IT contractors. Hoisted reception desk with a crane installed modularly through the roof level access point. Achieved 25% diverse subcontracting participation.
